My journey into holistic health didn’t start in a boardroom—it started in the aisles of small health food stores, learning the names of every herb and spice on the shelf. Since those early days, I’ve navigated almost every corner of this industry. I’ve managed local herbal shops, worked for major supplement corporations, and currently oversee operations for an online supplement store.

But for me, experience is only half the story. I’m a firm believer that the best leaders never stop learning. That’s why, alongside my work in the digital marketplace, I’m currently pursuing my Master of Science in Integrative Health Sciences.

Whether I’m diving into studying and researching the latest in herbal medicine, exploring empowerment coaching, or practicing Reiki, my goal is always the same: to bridge the gap between deep-rooted holistic wisdom and modern health solutions. I’m thrilled to bring all that ‘big-picture’ experience and ‘small-shop’ heart to everything I do!
